Rachel Pagel MS, LPC, CSAC, CS-IT
Rachel Pagel is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 12 years of experience working as a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor. She is skilled in working with those in the criminal justice system, treatment court, medication assisted treatment and treating adults with both Mental Health and Substance Abuse issues. She also enjoys working with couples and families and recognizes the value that they have in an individual’s happiness and over all wellbeing.
She has a Master’s Degree in Community Mental Health Counseling and is also licensed as a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor and working towards her Clinical Supervisor license as well. Her areas of specialty involve using evidence based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing strategies (MI), Solution focused therapy and she takes a very client centered approach. She has been trained in the use of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and has practice using this technique with women who have Borderline Personality Disorder as well as adults who struggle with other emotional regulation disorders.
She became a therapist to empower others to overcome their personal obstacles and to live more fulfilling lives. Her personality and energy is infectious and motivating and she has the ability to connect with adults of all ages.

Beth Ruehl, CSAC holds a Masters of Arts in Community Counseling with a specialty in substance abuse counseling. She is a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) and holds a Substance Abuse Professional credential. Beth is certified to perform OWI assessments. Currently she is pursuing Wisconsin certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Beth has worked with a variety of populations, including women and men, adolescents, and has engaged in both individual and group counseling. She describes herself as honest, direct, dependable, high energy and practical. Her counseling approach is straightforward yet compassionate, and she strives to be open and real for those who are struggling with alcohol and/or other substance dependencies. Beth loves her work and finds it highly enjoyable and rewarding.
Carolyn Cool is our Billing Clerk. She is very knowledgeable in insurance billing and works with a multitude of insurance companies to help streamline the billing process for clients. Carolyn's professional and friendly manner assists clients with any questions about the payment process and assists the counselors in scheduling appointments.
